Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Account data: name, email address, country of residence, hashed password.
- Security data: session records, sign-in events, device user-agent strings and keyed hashes of IP addresses (raw IPs are not stored).
- Activity data: watchlists, simulated orders and trades, preferences.
- Verification data: status flags and provider references. Identity documents, selfies and liveness data are processed by our identity provider and are not stored by us.
What we never collect
We never request, receive or store private keys or wallet recovery phrases. Wallet connections expose only your public address.
How we use data
- To provide and secure the Service, including fraud prevention and rate limiting.
- To meet legal obligations such as identity verification, sanctions screening and record-keeping.
- To maintain an audit log of security-relevant actions. Sensitive fields are redacted before logging.
Sharing
We share data with processors that operate parts of the Service (hosting, identity verification, market data) under contract, and with authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and your rights
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and applicable record-keeping rules. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise them.
